He was friendly, asked good questions, and improved on the ideas that we had for the project and gave a specific price in writing, which specified the scope of the three improvements that we requested. 
    I found your company and several others that I intended to get quotes from. It just happened, you were the first contact that I made and we set the appointment. I contacted one other company and was going to connect with a couple others as needed. I made connection with the second company and set an appointment for the week after the one with you guys. After Doug was here it was clear to me that I would be cancelling the appointment and would not need to contact any other company. There was no way that anyone else could match the quality of the service, knowledge or straight forward recommendations and pricing that you provided. 
    Doug and an apprentice were today at exactly the time scheduled. They were polite, explained how they were going to proceed, asked if we had questions, with little disruption got on with the projects, created no mess and vacuumed when it wasn’t even necessary. When the work was complete Doug went through everything that had been done in detail with us. maintained the 3 million square feet of facilities we operated I congratulate you and Doug on impressing me with service that matches the best of the best that I have experienced. 
    Should we need any other electrical services or if I am asked to make a recommend to someone needing work done I will, without any hesitation, provide them with your contact information and tell them of our experience and satisfaction. It almost makes us wish we had more electrical work that needed doing. Thank you.”
